SHOP POLICY

Ordering: Our lamps are handcrafted in small batches between Kyoto, Italy, and New York. Each piece reflects traditional craftsmanship, contemporary design, and a limited-edition approach.

You can purchase select works directly through our online shop. For bespoke or collectible items, please use our Request a Quote form so we can confirm availability, lead times, and shipping arrangements.

Shipping: Most orders ship directly from our Kyoto studio.

USA & Europe: We use insured DHL Express or FedEx International Priority.

Lead time: 8-14 weeks for made-to-order pieces.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking link once your lamp is dispatched.

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees upon delivery, as determined by your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our listed prices.

We can provide an estimated duty cost upon request.

Returns

Due to the artisanal nature of our work, all sales are final. If your lamp arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos so we can arrange a repair or replacement.
