We ship worldwide. For deliveries outside of the US and Japan, please contact us to receive a custom shipping quote and lead time estimate.

WARRANTY

One-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in the fixture and included electrical components. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, normal wear, or the natural variation of handcrafted materials.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. Because each fixture is made to order, cancellations and change-of-mind returns cannot be accepted once production has begun.

If your fixture arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within seven days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Natural variations in ceramic dimensions, color, texture, translucency, and surface character are part of the handcrafted process and are not considered defects.

All dimensions and weights are approximate. Each ceramic body will vary naturally.
